Addition+ Pre & Post Partum Care is fully committed to delivering services of satisfactory quality in accordance with the Sale of Goods Act (S14(2)), Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act, and Lemon Law. We specialise in pre-and post-partum care, supporting mother through their wellness journey. Our care extends beyond maternity, our treatments are thoroughly designed for every woman of every age.
Our Service Commitment
We value customer satisfaction and uphold our service guarantee:
- Customers may request a different therapist if they are not satisfied with the therapist assigned.
- Customers may also stop the massage after the first treatment if they feel uncomfortable.
- Our staff maintain professional conduct at all times. We assure customers that no selling activities or sales tactics will take place during treatments.
- We are transparent in pricing and do not offer free trials or deep-discount packages to attract new customers.
- All prices quoted are net (no hidden GST or surcharges).
- All prices quoted and shown at Addition+ Pre & Post Partum Care are net of GST and tax.
- We accept the following payment methods for your convenience: PayNow, Bank Transfer, Cash, Credit Card, and PayPal.
- Insurance coverage is provided for all prepayments (including gift vouchers and credit purchases). Customers will receive documentary proof of insurance coverage upon purchase.
- Gift vouchers are non-redeemable for cash. Recipients are encouraged to book appointments in advance to secure their preferred time.
Terms and Conditions
- Refunds are available within the 5-day cooling-off period (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays), in accordance with CaseTrust and CPFTA requirements.
- After the cooling-off period, refunds are generally not available, but exchanges or transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to management approval.
- All à la carte service packages are eligible for the 5-day cooling-off period (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays) if unused. Not applicable to services/packages that have been utilised, or those listed under promotions, gift vouchers, and/or trail vouchers.
- A minimum of 25% or $100 administrative fee will apply to refunds requested after the cooling-off period.
- All service packages are valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Any request for extension is subject to management approval, considered on a case-by-case basis.
- A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation and it is non-refundable after the cooling-off period.
- Home services are not available on weekends & public holidays.
- For urgent home visit requests on weekends and public holidays, please speak with our customer service specialist to find out the home service fee.
- Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice, as the appointment is reserved for you. Exceptions (e.g., medical emergencies with certification) will be considered case-by-case. No refunds for late cancellations; a replacement date will be arranged.
- Last minute cancellations of less than 24 hours are deemed 1 session incurred.
- Customers must inform us of any pre-existing medical conditions.
- Due to unforeseen circumstances, the management reserves the right to replace the therapist without notice.
- By signing up for our products, sessions or packages, we acknowledged that you have read, understood, and will abide by the above terms and conditions stated above and also agreeing and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by us to our strategic alliance, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
- If we are unable to resolve a complaint within the 1 month upon receipt of complaint, customers can turn to alternative options such as CASE Mediation Centre for further assistance.
